Return Policy

The followings are the return policy in Kawah Buku. Our return policy is simple and straightforward: we value your business and support and we will do everything we can to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please be noted all the transactions and activities on our website are bound to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

All sales are final. However, if your book(s) is damaged or defective, this policy does not apply. In this case, we will take care of it dan work with you to find the best solution.

E-mail us at support@kawahbuku.com, letting us know that you will be returning the book(s). There are TWO options for return:

i. Self-return using any available couriers.

ii. Use QuickReturn by Easyparcel.

For this option, it is currently available within Penang, KL, Johor and Selangor (subject to postcode availability). Fill up the form below to return.


If you purchased your book(s) within the last 14 days, you are eligible for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned book(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Book(s) with obvious signs of use and not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your book(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@kawahbuku.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

By default, we do not accept exchanges. If a customer would like an exchange, they should mail us back that purchased book(s). Once we receive the book(s)), we will give them a full refund, including the original shipping charges. Then (or even beforehand, if desired), they should place an order for the book(s) they would actually like through the regular process.
