Gender Equality: Looking into the Fathering Japan Concept discusses the insights given by working fathers in relation to gender equality with a focus of investigation is on the challenges of working fathers in performing their work and non-work roles. Japan has been searching for an effective way to reduce gender inequality in the country. Many Initiatives have been undertaken by the Japanese government, however the effectiveness of those efforts to bridge the gender gap between working fathers and working mothers remain question.
