Johan Saravanamuttu

Johan Saravanamuttu was formerly professor of political science at Universiti Sains Malaysia and Visiting Senior Research Fellow at the ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute (Singapore). He is the author of Malaysia’s Foreign Policy, the First 50 Years: Alignment, Neutralism, Islamism (2010). Other co-authored and co-edited publications include: Coalitions in Collision: Malaysia’s 13th General Election (2015); The New Economic Policy in Malaysia: Affirmative Action, Ethnic Inequalities and Social Justice (2014); March 8: Eclipsing May 13 (2008); and New Politics in Malaysia (2003).
