Shopping Guide

The following is a shopping guide that covers the topics of orders and payment on our website, Kawah Buku. Please note that all transactions and activities on our website are bound by our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Search for a Product

  1. On our main menu navigation (or, on mobile, look for the icon ≡ in the top-right corner of your screen), select the product category you are interested in.
  2. Click on the product you wish to purchase.

Add to Cart

  1. On each product page, there will be a detailed product description, contents, and additional information.
  2. Choose the quantity and click “Add to Cart.”
  3. Each time a product is added to the cart, a notification will appear just above the product.
  4. You can also check the number of items in the cart at the top of the page, which currently shows “1 item(s) in the cart.”
  5. Click “View Cart” or “1 item(s) in the cart” to view your cart.

View Cart & Checkout

  1. Check the details of your cart. If you change the quantity, click “Update Cart.”
  2. If you have a coupon code, use it and click “Apply Coupon.”
  3. Cart Totals will show your total, excluding shipping, if you haven’t registered with us.
  4. Click “Proceed to Checkout.”
  5. Alternatively, you can click “Checkout” at the top of the page.

Insert Your Data

  1. Returning customers can log in here to retrieve their information automatically.
  2. First-time customers or guests can simply fill in their email and create a password in the Account Password section.
  3. If your shipping address differs from your billing address, select “Ship to a Different Address.”
  4. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on your location.

Make Payment

  1. There are a few options for payment methods that are available to all customers.

  1. Select your preferred payment method.
  2. Select the box “I AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS” to accept the terms and conditions for your payment
  3. Click Pay/Proceed and you will be redirected to your preferred payment gateway.
  4. Once payment is complete, you will usually be redirected back to our website.
  5. Finally, you will receive an email with your receipt, confirming your order.


For customers who opt to use Direct Bank Transfer, please note that your order will be put on hold for a maximum of 72 hours before it is cancelled to allow our stock to be made available to other customers.
