The following is Kawah Buku’s return policy. Our policy is simple and straightforward: we value your business and support and will do everything we can to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that all transactions and activities on our website are subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, if your book(s) are damaged or defective, this policy does not apply. In this case, we will work with you to find a solution.

If you purchased your book(s) within the last 14 days, you are eligible for a refund. Once we receive and inspect your returned book(s), we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain number of days.

Please note that only partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as when the book(s) show obvious signs of use, are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your book(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
