Greg Fealy is Fellow and Associate Professor at the College of Asia and the Pacific, Australian National University. His PhD research at Monash University (1998) was on the history of Nahdlatul Ulama, published in Indonesian under the title Ijtihad Politik Ulama: Sejarah NU, 1952-1967 (LKiS, 1998). Fealy has published widely on Indonesian Islam.
