Nik Johaan Nik Hashim

Nik Johaan Nik Hashim followed in his father’s footsteps in banking, and in 1992, upon obtaining a Master’s degree in International Banking and Financial Services from the University of Reading, United Kingdom, he joined CIMB Investment Bank Bhd. After 18 years in CIMB, which included a 3-year stint in commercial banking with CIMB Bank, Johaan left the world of banking and went into private equity investments with Ekuinas Berhad. He is now with Lembaga Tabung Haji and is also a trustee of Noah Foundation. He is happily married to Aida, and they have five children and a son-in-law.
