Zhou Qin

Zhou Qin received her Ph.D. in Chinese philosophy from Harvard University and is now teaching in the Department of Chinese Studies at the National University of Singapore. Her research interests include the religious traditions of early China, Confucian ethics in the classical period, and the Confucian tradition in modern transition. Among the books she has authored and co-authored are On Contemporary Confucianism: From Xiong Shili to Mou Zongsan and Windows of Opportunity for Confucianism. She has also published several articles on Confucian philosophy and other Chinese traditions. She is currently working in the area of Confucian ethics and the cosmological faith of the pre-Confucian era.
