TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. To participate in the dropship program, agents must first register as a customer on KawahBuku.com, following the instructions in Step 1.
2. Agents must complete the registration fee within the designated time period.
3. Agents are free to use any mediums and marketing strategies, both online and offline, to promote products from Kawah Buku.
4. Prices for all products are fixed as shown on the Kawah Buku website. Agents should refer to the website and Dropship Guidelines for shipping costs for each product. However, agents are allowed to increase (mark up) the prices as they see fit.
5. Products will only be shipped once the agent has made a complete payment confirmation. Kawah Buku will do its best to ship the products as soon as possible and will provide tracking numbers to all agents.
6. Agents are encouraged to notify Kawah Buku of received orders as soon as possible to ensure the best possible service to all customers.
7. If an order needs to be cancelled, agents must notify us within 24 hours to request a monetary refund. If notification is not received within this time frame, we will not process the cancellation request.
8. Please make sure to pay the exact amount shown on the invoice for each order. Any excess payments will not be refunded.
9. Kawah Buku will not include any flyers, invoices, or promotional materials related to our bookstore in customer orders. The customers of agents are their own, not ours.
10. Kawah Buku will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to failed shipping if the error is on the agent’s side. We will only bear the costs if:
    • the shipped product(s) are found to be damaged (either externally or with internal imperfections);
    • the shipped product(s) have errors in quantity or title;
    • any issues are caused by negligence on the part of Kawah Buku.
11. Agents are prohibited from engaging in any activity that could be considered fraudulent. Kawah Buku will not be liable or held accountable for any issues that may arise as a result of the agent attempting to criminalize the use of this dropship program.
