Maitrii Aung-Thwin
Maitrii Aung-Thwin is Assistant Professor of Southeast Asian/Burmese history in the Department of History, National University of Singapore. His fields of interest include comparative colonialisms, socio-legal studies and public history. He is the author of The Return of the Galon King: History, Law, and Rebellion in Colonial Burma (Singapore: NUS Press 2011) and co-author of A New History of Southeast Asia (Palgrave, Macmillan, 2010).
